Heather Costanzo (solicitor) is an associate who concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation.
Ms. Costanzo has represented local and national clients in state and federal courts. She was a member of a team that successfully defended a “big four” accounting firm from a $500 million malpractice claim. She has also handled class action litigation, including the successful settlement on behalf of a Florida based corporation from a class action claim.
Prior to joining Gunster, Heather clerked for two years for the Honorable William P. Dimitrouleas in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She gained invaluable insight into the federal courts and the trial process from her clerkship, which has enhanced her practice to effectively advocate on behalf of her clients.
